Student Poster Symposium (SPS)

The Poster Symposium is primarily a “Poster Session” in which your project/startup idea will be exhibited. The Poster Session is designed to allow you and an audience to dialog about your work. During the exhibition, guests of the ICMLDS 2017 conference, faculty, staff, and students of Bennett University will walk throughout the displays and talk with those presenting work.
Eligibility: All currently registered undergraduate and post-graduate students are eligible to participate.
Presentation Formats:
The poster symposium will be of two-hours and each participant is expected to available during these two hours.
In the poster session, the participants will be provided with a 4' x 4' poster board area and mounting pins. The board will indicate the poster number in the upper right or left corner. Participants are responsible for mounting their posters and removing them as soon as the session ends. Posters left up past that time will be discarded. Please notice that participants will be responsible for printing their posters.

All participating students must complete and submit the requested materials by November 30th at 5:00 pm.
Each student giving a poster presentation about their work while judges provide feedback and scores. Presenter with the highest scores will be awarded a certificate and attractive cash prize.
